My Take on Lucas’ Papaw Ointment:

I tend to apply this product on any dry patches on my face as it’s really hydrating and soothing to the skin. When applied it may feel really thick and a little oily too but it’s worth it. It doesn’t breakout skin and is great for any skin type. I’ve also used this as a overnight mask and hand mask. You’ve got to pat it in for your skin to absorb and it may feel really sticky and hard to sleep with on your face but wash it off the next morning and you’re left with soft, supple skin.

If you’re looking for a really hydrating lip balm or a good overnight balm for your lips, look no more. All you’ll need is this and you’re set to go. It leaves lips soft and hydrated the whole day and there’s no need for re-application as it’s super long lasting and stays on lips even after eating and drinking. It’s light on the lips and soothing too.
Oh, and there’s more. It’s a amazing eye cream too and it whitens the skin too. Papaya is known as one of the leading skin whitening ingredients and after using this product for a long while, you’ll notice that your skin gets fairer and fairer. It comes out in a yellow-ish gel that feels pretty sticky on hands. The texture is pretty thick but also easy to rub and blend on to skin. It does feel a little oily and has a slight papaya fragrance to it but the fragrance isn’t overwhelming, it’s actually really nice. Application can get a bit messy so I’d recommend getting all your hair out of your face and applying it in small amounts to avoid a huge mess.

Packaging wise, I’d say that it’s great since it comes in a small tube that’s easy to chuck into my bag or make-up bag. The cap is tight and doesn’t come off easily, which is something we’d all be thankful for because no one wants a huge papaw mess in their bags. It’s a little expensive and rare to find as I’d also have a hard time finding this, but I promise you that it’s worth the search. I love this so much that I have so many back-ups lying around my house.

Pros of Lucas’ Papaw Ointment:
