MAC Cham Pale Collection has 4 paint pots in its range. All 4 are shimmery ..infact super shimmery. More than the eye shadow bases, I think these would make great all over eye lid colours.

MAC Chilled on Ice Paint Pot is a white gold paint pot with a pink beige base. It looks frosty and can make a great all over lid colour. Good for lazy eye makeup days.
MAC Let Me pop Paint Pot is gold with reddish copper base.
MAC Dangerous Cuvee Paint Pot : It’s a greyish lavender paint pot with a silvery sheen to it. You can do fantastic smokey eyes with this.
MAC Vintage Selection Paint Pot :
It’s a taupe coloured paint pot with champagne shimmer . Sheen to it. It reminded me of Make up for Ever Aqua Cream Taupe. This one is frostier,

MAC Cham Pale Eyeshadow Palette Caviar Dreams : ( Rs 2300)
I liked this palette. All colours were decently pigmented and can be used with lots of looks . It liked the individual shades but not as a complete quad.
There are 4 shades in the quad :
Brule : It’s a satin finish skin toned neutral beige eyeshadow. I loved this shade , especially for Indian skintones. it has a soft warmth to it. It’s also a part of the permanent collection. I think this is going to be my next buy from MAC.
Retrospect : It’s a gold with gold shimmer. One of my least favourite from the quad.
Et tu, Bouquet : It’s a frosty whitish pink eyeshadow . It has a frost finish.
Caviar Dreams : It’s an ashy platinum kinda eyeshadow.. a unique shade . It has a lustre finish.

rentu, I didn’t buy any of these.. I am not a huge fan of shimmery eye products so i skipped them. I juts bought a black eye kohl from the collection. I’ll do a look with that.

i was looking for this kind of golden with pink base kind of colour since sooo long…i might think of picking it up… but one question rati i find painterly veryyyy non-blendable..it tugs my eye and i hate it … are these like d that? pics mein toh they look creamy and alright ….but :struggle: :struggle: :struggle: :struggle:
neha pick up painterly with a q tip and then apply.. I think you are picking up too less a product and trying to blend it.
Thse ones are creamier than painterly definitely.

Hi Rati…Saw the colllection today after seeing all your articles. Here only 2 Paint Pots are launched…Dangerous Curve and one of the gold ones (didn’t look at the name). Was so drawn to Dangerous Curve…yes, you’re right for grey smokey eyes look…but picked up the Bubble Lounge lip gelee and the 2 highlighting powders.
I loved the highlighting powder Sabrina and you know they are not shimmery that would accentuate your pores.

You’re so right, Rati, that’s what the MUA at MAC told me, that they won’t accentuate my pores, since I have open pores/oily skin. I even tried them on my face at MAC and I liked how they looked. BTW, my HG black eyeliner pencil is now the Chambor Dazzle Transferproof eye pencil, it’s even softer & creamier than the Revlon Colorstay eye pencil that I’ve been using for years, and moreover, it doesn’t have any promiment shimmer even though it’s a dazzle one.
