I heard somebody saying “baby ( or aunty) you cannot rock pink blush ” … aahhh its actually my inner self and I do want to over come it …
It’s now that I am 32 I purchased my first pink blush MAC Well Dressed Blush and my first teal MAC e/s “SHIMMERMOSS” and was just thinking that I have to use these. If not now then when am I going to use it?
And as it is day 3, I thought lets come in front of you beauties in pinks and teals. I know if nobody likes, they cannot bang a door on me .
Moreover I really needed much honest comments as I know you will never make me fool and will always let me know the right and wrongs of the color selection. I seriously don’t know how you beauties are going to take this on me but for the fact I much enjoyed it doing (I m not flaunting it outside although).
AAh! cut the crap and yes I used teals and pinks and I am here that’s it , pls appreciate :):):) So here is my so called look which actually I should have tried long back but as you say “its better late then never”… And yes you know if I get praises i surely end up buying greens and olives which are still scary for me . I am just crossing my fingers and here presenting you my look …. 
Face – Ahh by now you know RASHMI has only one Tinted Moisturiser that too POND’S and I love it :):):) No concealers after so much great comments on 1st post so yeahhhh i am all without concealer again…
Eyes – 
- Applied MAC painterely paint pot
- Placed MAC shimmer moss eye shadow on inner half of the lid
- Then MAC goldmine eye shadow on outer half and blended .
- Apply MAC carbon eye shadow on crease to diffuse the shimmer
- Used MAC rice paper eye shadow for highlighting ( Rati you are responsible for shifting my focus from shroom to rice paper )
- Applied l’oreal HIP gel eye liner in black on upperlash line
- Used lotus kajal on waterline and finished the look with CHAMBOR – gold dazzle eye liner (I am loving it) …
Cheeks 
- Applied MAC Well dressed blush … and in full on hand i could have used less but hmmmm pink pink blush all the way
Lips – no lipliner just filled in BOMBSHELL lipstick by MAC applied cultured lipglass its new in my stash so I am just experimenting with it … I hope the swatches this time might be helpful … 
no powder to set just like that….
Showed the pics to Rati and I am done yeahhhhhhhhhhhh Please pour in some suggestion honeys. I am all good ears for that. love rashmi

The colours look really nice on you, Rashmi. I was “convinced” by the MAC MUA a couple of weeks ago to pick up eyeshadows in Humid and Greensmoke. I haven’t managed to experiment much with them. I also got the eyeliner in Tarnish which is a really dark green.
I’m not sure if the eyeshadows will work with me – but after seeing you try something new – teal/pink, that is – I have a bit of confidence now. Will spend some time this weekend experimenting 😉

I have MAC Freshwater myself which is like almost electric blue and love flaunting it – as u said it goes totally well with pinks. of course i cant do the eyes as well as you here. probably can try now! THX
and yes, u do need to cut the crap about 30ish blabbers 😉 am just a bit away from 30 and i read somewhere 30/s for women are the sexiest!
So go get yourself some khakis and greens – I got one shimmer green from MAC – will share when i can.

Rashmi, I loved the eye shadow, I love teals, and I am really a pink lipstick person. I never wear browns, ever, as I have been told I look tired / sick! I picked up some things from MAC today, but would you believe it, I forgot the name of the lipstick you used (BOMBSHELL). When I was in the MAC store, the name just slipped my mind, and I was getting so mad at myself for not writing it down. You look absolutely stunning with this look, and also all the looks you have done so far. You can carry off any look, so keep up the good work. Nowadays, I have gone in for wearing some peaches and corals lipsticks, rather than pinks all the time, but that has not stopped me from buying more pink lipsticks from Maybelline’s new range.

Yeah…”up the amp” is also a lovely color…i tried it once at the MAC store…felt it was a lil bright by itself, but I am sure it’ ll go perfectly well with a gloss 🙂 hoping to see another look with “up the amp” 🙂

Creme de Violet is a great purple…looks good on a lot of ppl…have u tried it?

I had a quick question for you…I think on another post you mentioned that you let your face air dry after a wash…any particular reason/benefits of that?

yeah devika i never wipe off my face , u try it urself when u wash ur face leave it like that and you will notice no matter how dry or oily ur skin is the water will be absorbed very quicky … it does means that ur skin is really thirsty and need some natural moisture
so if u wipe ur face with towel u actually is doing harm…
our skin does need natural moisture or say ??? ahh m out of words u pls try for 2 days … day one do ur regular routine and day two dont dry ur face let the water sink in itself…
and do tell me the diff after few tests … okay
rashmi, i just read a while ago that there’s a difference between dehydrated skin and dry skin. your skin can be oily and dehydrated- which is the case with me. i think i will give this a shot!
i thought you do this to prevent wrinkles, maybe it works for that too, cause touch wood you have really goodskin!

I’m new to IMBB & honestly i love your looks. you can carry off everything so superbly !! This particular Pink Blush really suits you. I use another Pink blush from the Mac Hello Kitty collection called ‘Tippy’. It works perfect for me 🙂
