MAC Social Light Lipglass Review, Swatch, FOTD

Claims : A unique lipgloss available in a wide variety of colours that can create a high gloss, glass-like finish or a subtle sheen. Designed to be worn on its own, over Lip Pencil or Lipstick, Tinted Lipglass is the perfect product for creating shine that lasts. It’s pigmented, very shiny and can impart subtle or dramatic colour. It contains Jojoba Oil to help soften and condition the lips. Tinted Lipglass is packaged in a convenient bottle with a sponge tip applicator that provides a quick, smooth, even application.

MAC Social Light is a part of MAC Me Over Collection. I am not sure when is it going to launch in India. I have to post a story of MAC Autumn Winter trends in coming days. The products are part of those trends. I don’t have all the products, just 3-4 samples . I’d review them for you guys and you may check if you can get hold of the stuff.

Social Light is a shimmery peachy-pink beige gold gloss. It is a semi sheer gloss with lots of gold shimmers in it. Like all MAC lipglasses it has vanilla fragrance. Because of its sheer nature it stays on me for around 2-2 1/2 hours. It is quite sticky but it does not settle in fine line of lips. It is best worn as layering gloss on top of a lipstick or a lip liner.Bbut on its own as well, it is quite gorgeous shade. The golden shimmers kinda give the illusion of fuller lips. On me, it looks a high shine beige gloss. I personally liked wearing it with ethnic outfits more. And the best thing, the shimmers don’t travel around your lips. When the gloss fades , it almost fades completely. May not be the best for those with pigmented lips.

parita honestly i super lazy to do anything todya so kept it simple. I’d tell you the steps:

All over the lid – mixed ribbon + pamper+ organza and applied all over the lid.
Outer corner : boxed.
lined with brown maybelline gel liner. you can use brown liquid liner also.
on waterline is brown kohl teddy by mac
Maybelline mascara

Did it in like 5 minutes. all blended , messy and smudged.
