This will be a review of an amazing eyeshadow palette from the Go! collection of “I Heart Makeup,” a sister brand of Makeup Revolution. Believe me when I say this, you will fall in love with this one. This palette is called Go! To Hell and the shades in this palette live up to the name of the palette. OMG! I am so excited to review this.

My Experience with Makeup Revolution I Heart Makeup Go To Hell Eyeshadow Palette:

I will begin with the packaging of this palette which is simple and attractive. The palette is in the form of a black circular case which houses the eyeshadows with a clear flip lid. There is no applicator provided with this palette. The lid closes with a click. What I really like about the packaging is the fact that it is extremely sturdy and travel friendly. The quantity of the product is amazing for its price. At the back of the pan, the ingredient list is printed.

“Go To Hell” consists of some very gorgeous bold eyeshadow shades for party looks. There are a total of 19 shades which is a mixture of matte, pearly as well as shimmery shades.

At the centre, there’s a shimmery black shadow, which would go well with your night party look. Its pigmentation as well as staying power is average.

The inner circle has 9 shades. I will begin with a random shade and go in a clockwise direction to describe them. I will begin with the pearly brownish purple shade. I love this shade. It so defines this palette. Next to this is a shimmery jade shadow. This one is stunning. After that, it’s a shimmery pink shade.

Next is a shimmery pearl shade (Utter gorgeousness!). Next to that is a shimmery golden shade. After that, comes a matte beige colour which can be used as a base. A matte blackened purple is adjacent to the last shade. This one is such a beauty. Next to it is a matte dirty violet. Last is a matte brownish green. Aren’t these gorgeous? I have numbered them from 1 to 9 in the swatch image.

Now, I will describe the shades in the outer circle. I will begin with a shimmery blue shadow. Look at that blue! Next to it in a clockwise direction is a matte greenish black. Aha! This is a highlight shade of this palette, just look and adore. After that is a shimmery purple. No other words describe this shade better.

Continuing, next is a shimmery greyish green followed by a shimmery blackened purple. Next in line or rather circle is a shimmery greenish silver. After that, it’s a matte black. Then comes a shimmery true green shade. Last is a loud matte purple. Now take a minute and adore these shades. Come on, go on!

Thus the palette is full of party shades.  Pigmentation of most of the shades is really good. Some shades like the matte lighter ones do need multiple swipes. The staying power is also pretty decent for most shades and they last for good 4.5-5 hours without a primer. Some lighter shades do fall back in this zone with a staying power of about 3-4 hours.

All the shades apply very smoothly and have a satiny texture. Despite their shimmery finish, shimmery ones do not feel gritty at all on the lids. It blends easily and does not settle into fine lines nor does it crease.  There is a little fallout for some shades while application.
