My Experience with Makeup Revolution London I Wasn’t Mixed Up Liphug:

The packaging is simple and smart. It is of sturdy material and shuts with a satisfying click. Both the tube and the outer carton has color coded sticker, hence it is easy to locate the desired shade if you have more than one from the same range.

The texture is superb and it glides on the lips like butter. It moisturizes the lips so well that anybody can skip the lip balm beneath. It applies as a glossy shade but after sometime the shine settles and the color stays on like a moist matte color. There is a sweet smell to the lip color which vanishes on application.

A beautiful blend of pink and purple, I Wasn’t Mixed Up is a unique wearable shade in my collection of Liphug lipsticks. If you like purple but hesitate to sport the gorgeous bold hues of purple available, this can be a good pick. It can be worn by a variety of skin tones without looking OTT. Keeping the rest of the makeup nude, works best for this particular shade.

It stays on the lips for 3-4 hours in full glory after which the shine goes away giving a moist matte finish to the lips; the color stays on for 2-3 hours more and the lips remain moisturized throughout. I really like the hydrating effect of the lips and if you are fond of gel finish in lip colors, you have to give these a try.
