This year passed by so quickly that I can’t believe we are about to enter 2016. For today, I have a really good hair mask for you guys from Matrix. My hair is completely damaged and frizzy. I have products that treat my hair temporarily, but I wanted something that could repair my hair from within. Let’s see how this repairing mask worked for me.

This exceptional masque is formulated to protect your hair from heat without compromising on smoothness. It also repairs hair to defend against any kind of future damage. The Repairing Masque is for professional use only.

Usage:
After Repairinside shampoo, massage into wet hair. Leave in 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, use the Repairinside Hyperdose Concentrate before masque application and finish with the Repairinside Leave-in Cream. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

My Experience with Matrix Biolage Advanced Repairinside Repairing Masque:

Packaging: The Matrix Repairinside Masque, like any other hair spa product, comes in a big, metallic grey and maroon packaging. The maroon hint makes it really easy to identify this range. The tub is loaded with the mask and hence the packaging cannot be called travel friendly. I love how they have packaged it, and how it looks really colourful and attractive. It is good value for money and, if used weekly, this will last you a year.

Texture and formula: The cream mask is super thick in consistency and hence a very little quantity is needed at a time. My hair gets easily drenched into the buttery formula. It comes in a light yellow colour and smells amazing. It smells a bit floral and like a professional product, which makes the overall fragrance even better. The scent lingers in my hair for a really good time. It does feel a little heavy while it is on my hair, but steam makes it penetrate better and feel lighter. I keep it on for 15-20 minutes after shampooing and then wash it off.

Results: My hair detangles amazingly well as soon as I start rinsing the product off. My hair instantly feels sleeker and straighter, although becomes wavy upon drying. It looks baby smooth, my strands are silkier and my hair colour looks great too. My hair colour looks very freshly done because this provides the much needed shine and moisture. My ends look all smoothened out and they don’t look frizzy or damaged. It controls the frizz for 2 days and also makes my hair more manageable without a lot of static.

I have seen a lot of improvement in my hair in every possible way; my hair doesn’t look brittle, dull or rough at any point. But this mask has not repaired my hair, as per the claim. I still have split ends; this mask just makes them look better. I feel this is a good mask for dry and damaged hair. I would love to try out more products from this range now.

Yes for sure! I have tried a lot of masks and have to say that this suited my hair type the best. It actually made a lot of difference to my hair texture. I am absolutely going to keep one tub of this in my shower. In fact, I will try other products from this range too.
