Maybelline 115 Bling Pink Color Show Lipstick Review

Today’s review will be on Maybelline Color Show Lipstick. They launched some new shades recently. They are so difficult to find online as well as in stores. Luckily, my favorite beauty store had them, so I had to hoard these lipsticks! This one belongs to the old Color Show collection. Let us see how it fares!

My Experience on Maybelline 115 Bling Pink Color Show Lipstick:

Packaging:
These lipsticks come in the same packaging as the normal Color Show ones. The plastic container it comes in bares all the information about the product, which is not much except the pricing and ingredients. The pink band indicates that the lipstick inside is of some shade of pink. I like how classy it looks, but I would have preferred if there was atleast a Maybelline logo. But, never mind. The packaging is nice, sturdy and travel friendly.

Color/Pigmentation:
‘Bling Pink’ is such a lovely shimmery pink color. It is perfect for everyday wear and the times, where you do not need much color. The shimmers are not too gaudy, they look really subtle. It is really very well pigmented.

Texture:
This one is the creamiest lipstick, I own. It is super smooth and glides on so easily. It moisturizes my lips for a long time. It does not hydrate the lips though. But, it glides on like a dream and would not highlight dry patches on your lips.

Staying Power:
It stayed on for good 5 hours or so on me. You do have to re-apply it after 3 hours or so. It fades slightly with meals in between but that is okay. Thankfully, it does not leave a stain behind.

Smell/Taste:
It has a pleasant and very mild fragrance to it, which is barely noticeable. Once you put on the lipstick, you cannot even smell it. It has no taste, whatsoever.
