I was missing for a few days, well can’t live away from IMBB for longer. today I am here to share the fourth shade of the pink alert lipsticks, I ordered this one online and I saw it first and though it is too pink for me, I would not be able to wear it but…

But I was wrong!

My Experience with Maybelline Pink Alert by Colorsensational Lipstick- POW 1

Packaging:– The packaging is the same like the colorsensational ones.It has a sealed plastic cover written pink alert and other sides has mfd date & ingredients, it comes with pink cap with closes tightly. And the packaging inside is silver in colour. It has a pink sticker at the bottom on which the shade name is written and the sticker is the same colour of the lipstick inside. Well the packaging is classy, girly, sturdy & travel friendly too.

Colour, Texture & Pigmentation:- I think Maybelline has concentrated all its great ideas & formulae in this range. Coming to the colour of the lipstick,  it’s a true blue pink, infact when I saw the lipstick bullet O thought I wouldnot be able to wear it, but when I did the pink in it surprised me. It comes out as a slight neon shade of pink on lips, with purple undertones. The shade would suit every skin tone especially fair ones. It has became my holy grail lipstick. The texture of the lipstick is very very creamy, it glides easily on lips, without any tug & pull. The lipstick I would say is semi matte in texture, because after applying, it becomes a bit dry(not drying on lips) and settles into matte. The lipstick doesn’t settle in fine lines of lips,the color comes out evenly. It  transfer a little to surfaces.The lipstick is super duper moisturizing on lips, Ii mean as long it lasted on my lips I didn’t feel any drying effect on lips, and the moisturization also lasted after it goes off. I didn’t feel the need of any lip balm on my lips.

I am amazed by the moisturization it provides to lips. And the pigmentation of the lipstick is superb, I am very impressed by the colour payoff of the lipstick, I mean one swipe is enough to evenly cover the lips, my lips are slightly pigmented, two swipes is enough for very pigmented lips.

Satying Power:– Oh my god… this lipstick is like a small surprise box to me.  Honestly saying the lipstick lasted on me for 3.5-4 hours easily, and till then it hadn’t faded a bit , the true fresh pigmentation was intact, after the 4th hour it starts fading a bit but not completely it leaves a strong tint of pink colour on lips. It  doesn’t smudge at all. It survives eating & drinking easily.

Recommendation/ Re-purchase:- Oh yes….just choose your pink and get it.

I am going to buy the other surprise boxes *hihi* means the other 3 colours definitely. And this one too, when I  finish it.
