Maybelline has always been exciting, more so in the South-East as they come out with fresh products there at first. This CC cream was in the new launch window and no wonder I picked up for reviewing. The SPF 37 PA+++ came as an added benefit. Read on to know the details about the product.

My Experience with Maybelline White Super Fresh CC Cream:

The packaging is simple and cute. The screw on cap fits comfortably, so there is no chance of it opening up in the beauty bag. Considering the price the quantity is pretty less, but the quantity required each time is less, so the pricing can be justified to an extent. The details about the product are mentioned on the back of the tube.

The texture is milky and spreads well on the face, but it leaves a white cast on the face. This is a big let-down as nobody wants to go out with a white cast. There is no tinted version available to this and hence it will look more awful on darker skin tones. It takes about an hour or so to settle completely but that is not a very user-friendly option in my opinion.

The CC cream comes with SPF 37 and PA+++ so it is great for everyday use. It can be sneaked in to the makeup pouch for re-application throughout out the day. It neither makes the skin oily nor dry so the scoring there is even. The cream definitely evens out the skin tone but the whitish cast is a dud, so overall this is a fail for me.
