One for the guys in the club
Alpa has been our student from totalgadha.com days. Now that she is not preparing for MBA prep exams any more,she has made a smooth shift from totalgadha.com to Indian Makeup and Beauty Blog. She stays in UK and is pretty new to makeup – Rati

- Loreal Matte Morphose Rosy Ivory Foundation – Cost 9.90 pound.
- Loreal Rose Blush – Cost 7.99 pound.
- Loreal Infallible Stylo Eyeliner – Cost 4.98 pound.
Total Cost 22 pound
Shit!!! One week expense lost in a minute. All curses to boy friend who insists that I should do make up.
11.30 pm
Boyfriend called. Talked. Fought. He went to sleep.
12.30 am (8 August)
Not in mood. All bored. Tried doing make up using above products. Looked beautiful.
All happy but angry.
My wicked brain (WB) starts working. And my angel brain (AB) tried to calm my WB.
WB: But why the hell should I be the only one trying to look beautiful.
AB: Chill maar.
WB: No but why only me. Even I can expect him to look good.
AB: Yea. So ask him to. Will he do that?
WB: Why not? Models, Actors sab karte hain.
AB: So what do you want him to do?
WB: Well, lemme think.
AB: Hey btw Dagny’s (Rati)blog does not have any article for men. Not fair.
So this one if for boyfriends, fiancee’s and husbands of all the beautiful ladies of this blog and for all the guys who visit this site.
Ok guys, don’t run. I am not asking you to use lipsticks and blush and eyeliners.
As TG (Sanjeev) said, make up should not be visible to human eye. People should not recognize that you have applied make up. And that goes perfect for guys.
1. STARTER
To start with, I think a very thin layer of translucent powder should be applied.Something like MAC Translucent power.(
I think this would make the skin tone even.I think this layer should be so thin that guys in pub would notice your good looks but would never know why.
2. THE MEN PEN
And for all those nasty spots and blemishes, I found this beautiful Men Pen.
3. GEL ALL THE WAY
I think a bit of gel makes your hairstyle look great.So guys, get a nice hairstyle and gel all the way 
4. JAMES BOND
The best things about James Bond are his suits, gadgets and well Girls 
.
So to impress your girl leave the gadget and take up that lovely suit.
Don’t forget those beautiful cuff links and tie.
If you like accessories, a perfect leather watch would just add to that charm. And good shoes as well. 
And there you go, just a look at your girl and the work is done.
So lazy bones get up and give your girl a gift for all the hard work she puts to look beautiful.

I agree with the dressing good part for men but not the makeup stuff. As far as I am concerned I feel squeamish if I put anything on my skin.
And no, I do not insist that Rati does makeup. It’s her choice.
Ohh no.. he does not force me .. but likes it.. And then its my choice ..
Aur gussa was just a reason to write a post .. And i feel everybody in fashion and movie industry do make up.I dont feel it wrong if guys indulge in it for some perfect occassion.

Yea i understand its a long way … I consider it as No Way …
moisturiser is fine, so is perfume, hair gel and a bit of after shave. lip balm is cool too, but if my man as much as looks keenly at a bottle of foundation or a powder compact, i will scream and run in the opposite direction! :dazed:

Nice article Alpa, and these days I guess men do take much better care of themselves… what with the facials, and plucking waxing which goes on..they call themselves metrosexual males.
And then there are the others, where even personal hygiene is a challenge. The other day, I was at the mall, and I noticed this very nicely dressed guy (I was approaching from the back so cldnt see his face yet), he was wearing a lovely red kurta with jeans, which caught my eye actually but as I neared closer my eyes went to his feet rather than his face (dont ask me why) and :pain: they were disgusting with long filthy toenails… :quiet: needless to say i didnt bother looking at his face.
