Hope you all are having a great Karvachauth. 🙂 Here’s my Karvachauth outfit. Sooooo many of you have requested for my saree look over the years. So I decided to wear a saree. I hope you all like it. It’s beautiful south Indian style chanderi silk saree from raw Mango. I looved the royal blue / purple color with copper gold border. And it’s light as feather. I wore a ton of bangles, and chaandbalis. 🙂
The lady who draped it for me draped it traditionally although I wanted it s*xy.. Well, she convinced me that it would look better traditionally only. haha!! So there you go.
I am yet to put the mehendi and have worn the sindoor. Forgot to wear it during the shoot. But you can’t expect the hungry girl to be perfect. So no complaints. 😛

the colors are perfect for the canvas.
free hair would not bring out the rawness.doing your hair the way you have is perfect.like undone unfinished is sometimes so much more awe inspiring than the sleek polished look.this makes you a part of the picture.the perfect true make believe!!it is wonderful.

Oh wow. Loveee this saree. I have a mango yellow and green silk saree with exactly same border. Now I am wishing I found it in the colour you did. Its so gorgeous. And you look stunning as usual rati. I love how the bangles make the whole outfit look soo beautiful
