My take on Nail-Aid 1st Acetone Power Gel No-Rub Glitter & Nail Art Remover :

I had seen few YouTube videos about this remover and thought of giving it a try. I am really happy that I purchased this product. It made removing glitter polish very easy. Now I can wear glitter polishes all the time. I’ve used this product a few times now and it works best if you cover your entire nail in the gel and wait 4-5 minutes for it to work it’s magic. Remember to only get the lid off, just to dip and then reseal it tightly. If not, the acetone will evaporate and it will ruin the smooth consistency of the gel inside. When dipping, if any gel gets on the fingers, just wipe off the excess using the rim of the jar before closing the lid.

After the time is up, I use a paper towel to wipe it off. I use my thumb and start at the cuticle and press down and then push it from left to right all the way down the nail. For me, almost all of the glitter comes off and whatever is left, over I rub it off with soap and water under the tap.

Do not use cotton balls, it will stick to the glitter and it will make a big mess (I have tried it). Use only paper towel for removal. Do not keep the container close to the nose and try to smell it. I did it and I had burning sensation in my throat due to strong acetone content.

Overall, I liked the Nail-Aid Gel Acetone Polish Remover for Glitter and Nail Art. It is really worth the money and it does a very good job for all you glitter polish lovers.
