NARS Amour Blush
NARS is known for it blushes, said to be the best ones. This was the first NARS blush I tried after which I have bought a few more. In my opinion Amour ($27) is the best and perfect-for-all-skin-color matte blushes that NARS has to offer.

Amour is a matte light peachy pink color. Some people say it’s just like Orgasm, but without the shimmer, but I don’t agree, it seems more pink than the O. Also O is a lot more transparent and sheer than Amour.
The texture is great as ever for all NARS blush, very smooth and blends out very naturally. Matte is a great texture for oily skin or if it’s during the summer. I love the fine silky powder that makes my skin look smooth and really healthy.
This is a very natural color that can be worn daily if you don’t go overboard with it. Like all NARS blushes, it is really pigmented, so a light hand is advised.
I think this is the perfect blush when you are going for a heavy smokey eyes and want to
keep the face simple and chic.
To sum it up:
Pros:
- Great for all skin types.
- Great for all skin tones.
- Very pigmented.
- Color buildable, you could go very sheer to pretty nice blushed look.
- The quantity of the blush lasts very long.
- Blush stays on up to 6-7 hours.
Cons:
- Expensive.
- Very pigmented, might look too dark if not blended well.
- Not available in India.
Conclusion:
I loved this product; it is my absolutely favorite blush. I own the iconic NARS Orgasm
and Dolce Vita blushes among others, but this one is still my favorite. If you want to buy your first NARS Blush, this should be it, you will not regret.
Overall, this is THE blush for all seasons to own.

Hi Poo, I couldnt find a cheaper dupe for it online, they say Mac Fleur Power is a similar color but I don’t own it. I have a few NYX blushes, they are pretty good if you dont want to splurge but from the ones I have isn’t an exact dupe.
NYX Mocha is a bit pinker color and NYX Peach is a lot peach and awful for Indian skin tones.
