The Nature’s Co Marigold Conditioner-Review

Hello Ladies,

I am back with another hair care product review for you all. If you read my review for the Nori shampoo and conditioner from the Nature’s co you must be aware that they worked well for my dry hair. But my skin and hair have a bad habit of getting habituated to the product used; after some time they don’t show as good result as before (I have heard same complaints from others too, so I guess it’s normal) So I keep changing my skin care and hair care products on regular basis. So during my last Nature’s co haul I bought one Marigold conditioner also, as this was for dry and damaged hair. I have dry hair and I use hot tools on them often so I thought something made for dry and damaged hair should work for my hair and hence I bought this one.

Price:

Rs. 645 for 250ml.

What the product claims:

Treat your hair to the protection of Marigold conditioner that acts as a guard against external factors and their damaging effects. Nourish and protect your hair the natural way. Use it after shampooing and leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse hair well with cold water for a shinier look. Because it’s natural and gentle, you can use it daily.

My Experience with The Nature’s Co Marigold Conditioner:

When I first used this conditioner, I paired it with a well-known anti dandruff shampoo, which is good to cure dandruff but makes hair dry. But this conditioner took care of the dryness and made my hair soft. After drying, my hair was soft, moisturized at the same time they felt very light too. This conditioner is not very creamy, it is a glycerin-based conditioner still feels very light, which is good for people who want to use it every day. It leaves no sticky film behind on skin after wash like some other well known conditioner which is really a plus point for me. So as a conditioner for dry hair,  it works really well by moisturizing them. It makes hair soft and takes care of the frizz too.

Now about taking care damage, it claims to protect hair against external damaging factor. For me, heat is the damaging factor it makes my hair dry and luster less. But this conditioner gives moisturization to my hair and gives them healthy shine so it takes care of the damaging part also to good extent. I don’t stay out in sun for long so I can’t comment on sun damage protection or other chemical treatment damage as I have not got anything done now. However, as this conditioner is natural and makes hair moisturized, I feel it can take care of other damages too.

Packing wise it comes in semi-transparent recyclable square bottle with orange cap, which looks very summery (orange cap as it comes from the Starriez range of the brand). On the  whole a good natural conditioner for dry damaged hair.

  1. There is no such thing as pure natural. The company did not even mentioned what their cream base consists of. This is the problem with all herbal products available in India. They do not mentioned the complete ingredient list and sell it as all natural.
