My Experience with Neutrogena Deep Clean Revitalizing Pink Grapefruit Foaming Scrub:
The packaging is simple and cute. It is a tinted tube with a flip top cap which comes handy in the shower. The details about the product are mentioned on the body along with the ingredients. It is lightweight and the cap shuts with a click, so this can be carried along during travels.
The texture of the scrub is gentle with micro beads and sporadic red beads which are slightly bigger in size. The scrub is pale red in color and on applying on wet face, foams up well. People who like lather on their face to “feel” the clean-up process would definitely love it. This is an everyday scrub and if you are looking for something with big grains that exfoliates like crazy, skip this one.
I like my scrub to be a bit granular, but this is good for everyday use and gives a glow to the face, so I am happy with the way it feels and works. There is a mild fruity smell to the scrub, but it is only there as long as the product is on the face. On washing off, the smell vanishes completely.
I found this scrub to be pretty effective as it gives an instant glow to the face. It is not drying like most of the scrubs and due to the foaming nature of the product, the skin feels squeaky clean after washing off. The skin looks and feels fresh and there is no need to rush for the moisturizer. Though I would not recommend skipping the moisturizing part, but you can take your time to reach out for the dose of hydration to the skin.
