That leaves me totally drained and leaves me with no time and energy to do anything else after coming back; still checking and commenting on IMBB is something I do every day 😛 So as soon as I managed to get some time on weekend, I decided to review a product for you all.  NYC City Proof Twistable Intense Lip Color in shade Fulton St Fuchsia was an impulse buy in Wal-Mart on the last day of my US trip a few months back. I was going though “I love lipstick in twistable pencil form” phase and when I saw this cutie on rack, I quickly grabbed the shade of my choice.

My Experience with NYC City Proof Twistable Intense Lip Color Fulton St Fuchsia:

This twistable fat lip pencil in the shade “Fulton St Fuchsia” is actually a cool-toned hot pink. Unlike its name, it’s not an intense matte kind of lip color product, it actually has a lip gloss kind of consistency when applied on lips. The shade “Fulton St Fuchsia” has good color payoff, but it still looks like a sheer color on the lips. The shine it adds to lips is just like lip gloss, so I will say that it’s actually a lip gloss in pencil form. This shade will look good on fair to medium skin tones and despite being a cool-toned pink, it looks good against my warm yellow undertone skin. It is moisturizing on the lips and keeps lips hydrated till the time it’s on.

Talking of the staying power, without eating and drinking, it stays for 2-3 hours on my lips and even the shiny glossiness remains there. With light snacking or eating, it fades but does so evenly, leaving a pink stain behind which looks good. As this lipstick comes in a pencil form, it’s easy to carry around and reapplication is not an issue, but the bullet loses its shape after a few uses only, which makes it look like normal lipstick tube after a few applications.

Overall, for this price, this is a good product for girls who like glossy lips with no heavy feeling on lips. I
recommend this to all the girls on a budget and looking for a hot pink lip color.
