Online Shopping Experience With Beauty Naturelle
Hi Everyone,
Most of you know that I do a lot of online shopping. A few days back, I reviewed a face scrub from a not-so-known brand “TVAM.” You can read it here . So, I thought of sharing my shopping experience about the website I got it from. I came across the website “beaute natuelle” when a friend of mine had liked their fan page on facebook. Basically, this website offers skin care products made from all natural ingredients. They offer five brands to choose from:
• Tvam.
• Nourish.
• Last Forest Enterprises.
• Ruby’s Herbal.
• Divine.

Beauté Naturelle is an elegant Internet boutique that brings an eclectic, hand-picked range of wonderfully effective, natural and organic beauty/personal care products under one roof. Our focus is pure beauty without chemicals, animal testing and ill effects on the environment.
Beauté Naturelle is French for “natural beauty”. It personifies all that is fresh, natural, and effortlessly stylish across all ages.
Beauté Naturelle was born out of pure passion, entrepreneurial fire-in-the-belly and serendipity. Founded byMeghana Chaudhary-Joshi (Meg), Beauté Naturelle merges Meg’s biomedical background with a belief in the power of Nature-inspired personal care.
The idea behind Beauté Naturelle is very simple. We acquire our eco-friendly products from vendors across India, and sell them to you through this e-boutique. Just like your normal boutique – but online! There is no ‘membership fee’ nor any other cost incurred, except for the item you buy. Please check out the FAQs for more information.
Beauté Naturelle began from an idea to bring some of the finest eco-friendly and cruelty-free (no animal testing) organic/natural personal care products under one virtual umbrella. We carry only hand-picked brands and carefully researched products to bring you the very best in natural personal care. We have designed our shopping portal to provide easy access to products, conduct secure financial transactions, and feel like a pleasant little visit to the mall.
My Take:
All natural products appealed me a lot and I thought of ordering a scrub and face wash. This is how my order page looked like.
The website offers secure CC avenue gateway and accepts payments via debit cards, credit cards, net banking, cash cards, mobile banking. I chose the option of net banking and made my payment. They also offer cash on delivery, but only for a few places like Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune.
The courier charges are Rs. 50 per order and its free if you buy products over Rs.1000. I got a confirmation email from the website in some time and I received my products in good condition within 3-4 days.
This is what all I got:
All the products came in pretty pink tissue pouches and they were properly sent across in a cardboard box. There was also a handwritten note from the website’s owner Meghna, which added a special personal touch. She was also sweet enough to send me a few samples like their rose face pack, divine soap, body cream, lavender sunscreen, etc.
Summing up my shopping experience with the website.
What I Liked:
• All the products that are offered are made up of natural ingredients.
• I received my products in good condition, packed properly and within 3-4 days of having placed my order.
• I was having a little trouble with the website while finalising my payment due to my net and the website s owner, Meghna called me up and guided me well. She also informed me when my package was sent out. I really appreciate all this on her part.
• Both the products I ordered have turned out pretty decent.
• They also offer various gift packs.
What I Did Not Like:
• Both the products I had ordered have their manufacturing date of 2009. I would otherwise never buy any product which was made 2 years back.
• Product range is limited. I think they should add more products
• Most of the products are little expensive for the quantity they offer.
• They don’t offer cash on delivery for all the places in India.
Overall, my shopping experience has been quite satisfying and I may shop again from this website to try their other products.

Just wanted to mention that Beauté Naturelle has checked with the individual brands regarding the shelf life and expiry of all the products retailed through the site. We have the manufacturers’ assurance that though the mfg. date is 2009, the products retain their potency for 3 years. The expiry date is August 2012 which is a year from now. If you have any concerns, please write to info@naturelle.in. You may also contact the individual brands through the contact information provided on the labels.
We have been very particular in selecting the products to retail through our e-boutique and I have been a personal user even before Beauté Naturelle was conceptualized.
