I have already reviewed Blue Raspberry and Red Apple variant of OraLabs Liprageous Lip Balms. Today, I am reviewing its “Watermelon” variant. Read on to know how it fared for me.

My Experience with OraLabs Liprageous Watermelon Lip Balm:
The lip balm comes in a regular tube. The white lip balm tube is wrapped with a gorgeous Barbie pink sticker all around it. The sticker bears the brands tagline long with necessary details about the product like description, variant name, ingredients list, expiry date, etc. The prints on the tube look cool and the packaging looks pretty girly. I really love how cool the fonts on the lip balm look. The lip balm has a regular twist up mechanism. The tube has a small cap that fits with a click sound and gives a mental satisfaction that it will not mess in my handbag.
The lip balm has a sweet watermelon fragrance, which is mild and non-bothering. I really love such yummy smelling lip balms. As, I am a fruits fragrance lover; the smell is so pleasing for me. The lip balm has some sweet taste. Though, I do not like flavored lip balms or glosses but these lip balms smell and taste really yummy! But, I was slightly disappointed to see the saccharine content in the lip balm. The smell lasts for hardly 10-15 minutes.
The texture of the lip balm is soft and smooth. It is very easy to glide and does not cause any tugging or pulling of the lips. Though it is not very creamy, but I will consider it as a pro because it is not melting in this heat. The lip balm is non sticky and feels comfortable on the lips without giving that heavy or greasy feel. The lip balm looks light pink in the bullet but these lip balms are non-tinted ones. It just gives a healthy sheen to the lips. It does not give a high-shine look and it is pretty good to be used under matte lipsticks.
The formula is moisturizing. The lip balm moisturizes the lips well. But it does not provide any extra hydration to the lips. Also, the lip balm stays for hardly two hours on my lips. So, constant reapplications are required to keep the lips moisturized and nourished. The lip balm does nothing to heal chapped lips. It does not survive any meals and vanishes quickly even with little snacking or sipping. Overall, this is a normal lip balm, which is fit to be used on normal lips. It does not serve its purpose for very dry and chapped lips.
