Outfit of the Day: Pastel Dress Fuchsia Heels

Heyloz to all! How’s everyone doing?

Here’s presenting the OOTD! *drums roll*
pastel dress
I wore this dress to my friend’s birthday party last night. In case you all too have started to wonder; Yes! I do go to lots of birthday parties. And No! I don’t have a million friends. I could count my friends on my fingertips, yet I don’t understand how- how I end up attending so many birthdays! *eyes rolling*

Anyhow! Moving back to the outfit. This dress had me at its colour! While the fashion-world was going gaga over pastel shades, I felt like the only lonely soul who did not try these beautiful colours- no nail paints, no shoes, no clothes. *sob sob* But as soon as my eyes fell on this one, I knew I had found my way into the pastel-world! I finally could own the perfect pastel dress my closet would boast of! 😉

fuchsia shoes
I wore this dress initially with greyish shoes. Those, somehow, were pulling the colour of the dress down. So I added my bright fuchsia heels, and Voila! The colour of the dress somehow enhanced. I balanced out the colour-blocking with the bracelet, which matched perfectly with the detailing on the shoulder. I added simple earring to complete the look. 😀

Outfit Details:
Dress- Zara
Shoes- Rialto, GK (Yep! It’s my pet shoe-store!)
Bracelet- Dubai Gold
Earrings- Accessorize

Makeup Details:
On my eyes- I tried very light greyish-black smokey eyes to match the greyish tones of the detailing on the dress.
On my lips: Kept my lips pink to add a little freshness to the dark smokey look! And, also to match my shoes.

Hope you like the look!
The biggest Thank-You in the world for all your kind comments. 😀

Take care all of you! Have a great weekend! *cheers*

    1. Rialto is on the side where you have Hazoori Lal & Sons. It’s a basement store, very close to the Himalaya Store. I guess some mehendi-walas are also placed right outside. I shall definitely update you with the exact shop no. on my next visit. 🙂
