I had been pretty unwell from past few days. But today since I was feeling alright and I was tired of living a pyjama life, I just had to dress up. So I wore this flowing cotton tie & dye maxi dress and paired it with a pair of studded flats. I was good to day. The only bad thing was that as soon as I came back home, I felt so weak with all the park strolling that I literally “fell” asleep for an hour. lol!

Cotton Maxis/long skirts are comfy beyond imagination. I prefer ’em in travelling..very convenient in loo visits too 😀 This maxi reminds me of my DIY tie & Die days when I used to transform old & plain Tee/Dupattas/Stoles into tie & dye/bandhani ones with the help of thread & & colour.. 🙂

Ash, I just wore a short tube skirt underneath. Although mine is not that transparent but I just did still because sometimes camera has a mind of its own. 😛 😛

prints : it’s best to go for very small prints or best go for solids.
shape and cut : You may go for maxi dresses that are a bit fitted so that they can work on your curves and give shape to your body.
Wedges, and heels can be worn to add height. 🙂
Check eva longoria. she is petite and she looks so lovely in her maxi dresses. 🙂
