Outfit of the Day: Frilly and Girly Look

Outfit of the Day: Frilly and Girly Look

Hello world! What’s been up?

Here is an Independence Day-inspired OOTD! 😀

Outfit+of+the+Day+Frilly+and+Girly+Look

If you remember, I did one last year too. Actually, I do that with every occasion. I wear Yellow on Baisakhi, something Indian (and OTT :P) on Eid and Diwali, a Santa’s cap on Christmas, Red on Valentine’s and so on. 😀

Frilly and Girly Look 2

Although many people would believe that it is very silly, I think it only adds to my celebration mood, which I need a little bit more these days because I am not keeping well.

I had liked this dress a lot for its frilly and girly look. I knew it would be a delight to wear with flats for some casual day-out. What I didn’t know was that it would make me look fat! *grumpy* Okay! You have to agree that it’s not me. 😛 😛 See, I’m wearing flats with the dress. Then there is the similar-color backdrop which you might not believe, but does funny stuff to the pictures. Then I’m carrying a big-a** bucket bag which itself is adding volume to the look and then who in this world doesn’t say that there are some colors that are just not meant for you! *whistle*

Also, I’m not sure if you guys can tell or not, but I’m wearing this dress ulta. The neckline was definitely very low, so I turned the backside to front, and rocked it with a statement necklace. *jalwa*
