Outfit of the Day: Red and Gold

Hey lovely ladies, how are all of you doing?

I have been quite busy off late to post much on the blog. Was dying to post something and connect with everyone 😉

Today after a long gap I thought of doing a simple OOTD. I went to watch Chennai Express and do some quick shopping at Shoppers Stop. I didn’t have much time, so took the pics on roadside, which was awesome fun. People start gazing 😛 like I care .anyway coming back to the point, here I wear a Bright red voluminous top, paired with denims and gold accents. This top is so comfy for the summers, can’t explain. Monsoons are full fledged on, that’s rights, but humidity here is awful during monsoons. This is such a breather, I tell you.

I paired it up with my favorite skinny fitted denims. As red was the primary focus, I thought of keeping the accents golden. I am a bit laid back when it comes to heels. I am most comfortable in flats and bellies. I hardly have any heels. So this time again, these bling golden shoes are also flat as per my comfort to walk around the streets *haanji*

I chose to carry a sling as they are chic yet comfortable for day outs, I learnt to be minimal and carry only necessities with me, unlike carrying the big bags carrying my world around 😛 The sling is light and dark beige in color and very spacious. It had my wallet, phone, umbrella & basic makeup  *hihi*

The neckpiece is big and chunky & went well with red 🙂 the bangle is my favorite, I love the chunkiness. I chose to keep my hair neatly tied up from front and kept the rest of it loose. I am also wearing these animal print shades in some pictures, which I wanted to click, though it wasn’t required since it was drizzling 😛
