Long live IMBB. I am back reviewing another skin care product : Purederm Raspberry Collagen Mask. Let’s see if it fared better!

Product Claims:

* Raspberry Extract provides rich nutrition and intense moisture.
* Collagen & Vitamin E: age defying & brightening.
How to Use:
1. Thoroughly clean and dry your face.
2. Take out and unfold the mask and apply it on your face.
3. Wear the mask for 15~20 minutes and peel off slowly from the edges.
My Experience with Purederm Raspberry Collagen Mask:
The mask is packaged in a bright red pack, which is super slim and easy to carry. These masks are great for travel when luggage weight restrictions make it difficult to carry bulky jars or tubes. Also, since a mask is meant for single usage, it is hygienic. This mask is meant for skin brightening and skin recovery. A friend of mine had used 4 sheets consecutively and her face looked radiant. So, with high hopes, I tried this.
It is a challenge putting it on your face. I understand all face shapes are not similar, but surely they could do better than just this huge round mask, dripping fluid all about you. Though there is no noticeable firming effect, my complexion looked healthier. I do not have major skin concerns at this stage, and this luckily made my skin more supple and bright. Two sheets of this (2 weeks) gave me a subtle glow. The effect might not be long lasting, but if you have some occasion where you need a brighter looking and naturally radiant skin, this can be your option. It makes skin softer and fresher.
But I absolutely hate the smell. Given the claims of having raspberry extracts, I was hoping for a fresher, fruity fragrance. Instead I found such a weird smell, which I can’t describe. Given the fact that it is cheap and works, I might stock up on a few more for my travels, that is if I choose to ignore the smell!

Cons of Purederm Raspberry Collagen Mask:
• Extremely displeasing smell
• Mask is difficult to put on
• No firming effect
Would I Repurchase/Recommend Purederm Raspberry Collagen Mask?
Not sure, depends on my nasal tolerance! As for recommendation, if you are not bothered by smelly cosmetics and beauty products, go for it.
