About the product:
Like mentioned in the specifications, this curling wand has a temperature setting up to 410 degree max. The wand has a digital display of temperature making it easy to monitor the heat you are using and also has 3 control buttons, one power button and two temperature adjustment buttons.

Takes less than a minute to heat up which is definitely a good thing and another feature that is like a blessing is the temperature lock so that you don’t have to worry about accidentally increasing or decreasing the temperature while handling the wand. The temperature can be locked at a certain heat by long-pressing the temperature-decrease button and then your heat setting would stay intact until you change it.

Another blessing this comes with is the automatic 60 minute shutoff which is a life-saver for people who have a tendency to forget switching off appliances or leave the house in a hurry, the device would automatically shut off after 60 minutes.

It also comes with a heat-resistant glove to protect your hand from the intense heat. I have forgotten to include the glove in the pictures. ☹

My Experience with Remington CI9538 Tstudio Salon Collection Pearl Digital Ceramic Curling Wand

Initially I was very nervous because this is the first time I was using it and the heat setting was so high but once I started using it I felt it was not that troublesome. However you might find it a bit difficult doing it alone initially as you would have to manage your hair, dividing it in to tiny little sections with one hand and the wand in the other but as you get used to it you would find it easy.
The wand I have is the 1- 1 1/2 inch, there is another variant in the same model which is ½ – 1 inch. I din’t want to go for such tight curls as I have always loved loose curls/waves on my hair hence got this bigger one.

With this one you could either have tight curls or just loose waves, depends on how you wrap your hair around it. Since this was the first time I did it in a hurry and just created loose waves in my hair, as you can make out from the pictures below, there are no prominent curls but you could spend some ample time and style your hair with this tool to get beautiful curls.
This wand also leaves a nice smooth shine to your hair which I guess is because of their claim that this wand contains a pearl coating.
