Revlon Colorstay liquid liners have been launched in shimmer range .
They are quite pretty and very pigmented. Plus, they are long staying.

Blue Twinkle : It’s a turquoise blue liner with blue shimmer
Silver Twinkle : Silvery white liner with silver shimmer
Green Twinkle : Forest green shade with green shimmer
Black Twinkle : Duper black liner with multi shimmer
It comes with a felt tip applicator.
Swatches (bottom to top) : Blue Twinkle, Silver Twinkle, Green Twinkle, Black Twinkle
These liners remind me of Lakme Shimmer liners from the Fantasy collection and the recently launched Colorbar Liquid Liners . these being the most expensive one. I guess I would put my money into colorbar ones.
- The revlon ones are the most shimmery
- The colorbar ones have a metallic sheen. they are not “shimmery”
- The lakme ones are not intensely pigmented but they have a wide color range. And they are the lest expensive of the three.
