Revlon Kabuki Brush Review

By Priya Sinha

Hello gorgeous ladies,
According to me, the most multi-purpose makeup brush is the Kabuki brush. The way it has been designed makes it usable and workable for a lot of different makeup application purposes. It can be used for setting the face with powder, applying blush, blending a harsh contour line, removing any excess makeup from the face, clearing the under eye area off powder after baking and a lot more I think. And surprisingly enough, I had only a couple of Kabuki brushes in my collection. So I got this Revlon brush since I am yet to find the best Kabuki brush!

My Experience with Revlon Kabuki Brush:

I bought 7 out the 10 brushes that Revlon launched as a part of their new professional makeup brush collection. The brushes that Revlon released in their new collection are Smokey Eye Brush Duo Brush, Lip Retractable Brush, Lash & Brow Groomer, Powder Brush, Contour Brush, Blush Brush, Blending Brush, Foundation Brush, Crease Shadow Brush and Concealer Brush. All these brushes are awesome but my personal favourites are the Revlon Contour Brush and this Kabuki Brush. They quickly became a part of my makeup stash and my daily makeup routine.

The packaging of these brushes is so luxurious, so gorgeous, so beautiful and so professional!! It’s made of plastic but still the handle of the brush has a matte finish material with red detailing at the bottom. Revlon calls it the ‘Diamond Grip Handle.’ Also the neck of the brush has a glossy shiny red rim which looks so chic. The outer packaging of these brushes is very fancy. I must say, that Revlon was smart to package these brushes so beautifully because they knew people would ignore the price tag and get these babies home.

The Revlon Kabuki brush does not shed or feel scratchy or rough on the delicate eye area. I use it for a lot of purposes like setting the face with powder, applying blush, blending a harsh contour line, removing any excess makeup from the face, clearing the under eye area off powder after baking and trust me it works beautifully at all these purposes. Also the tiny size of the brush handle is perfect and does not weigh too much which is a great thing. It fosters smooth makeup application and is fairly easy to wash. Overall, I am super impressed with these brushes and this Kabuki brush in particular because it offers great quality and ease of application. The price surely is steep, but I can overlook that for this good quality and packaging.

Absolutely ladies! I highly recommend this Revlon Kabuki Brush to all makeup lovers.
