Today I am here to review a lipstick from Revlon’s Super Lustrous range in the shade Kissable Pink. I do not like Revlon, and I was never interested in this range. I tried this lipstick just because a friend had gifted it to me. So. let’s begin the review of this lipstick.

My Experience with Revlon Kissable Pink Super Lustrous Lipstick:
Well, as I told you before, I got this lipstick from a friend as a gift, so obviously it was not my choice. She gifted this lipstick to me because she thinks that pink lipsticks look great on me. But, this one turned out to be an exception. Kissable pink is a cool toned pink shade with frosty shimmers. Personally, I always prefer matte lipsticks and stay away from shimmery ones.
I tried the lipstick anyway, otherwise it would have been rude to return the lipstick. At times, I apply just one layer of this lipstick. A single swipe makes my lips appear rosy pink, which I am comfortable with. But as soon as I apply two-three layers, the lipstick starts to appear very unflattering. This shade doesn’t look good on my medium-fair skin tone.
When you try to apply 2-3 swipes of this shade, the color starts to bleed and then it looks cakey with shimmer particles here and there. The texture is smooth and creamy which is again not my cup of tea. This lipstick is not for me but is perfect for women who prefer creamy and frosty lipsticks, and for those who have fair skin tone.
Talking about its staying power – it stays for around 3-4 hours without eating or drinking. Also, I would like to add that this shade makes me appear older than my real age. In fact, it makes the fine lines and dry patches of my lips more visible.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Revlon Kissable Pink Super Lustrous Lipstick?
I would not repurchase this shade or any other shade from the Super Lustrous range as I do not prefer creamy, shimmery finish. You can go for it if you like the shade and love creamy lipsticks.
