a lot of international beauty bloggers use the foundation from this range… it supposedly does not give you a white cast from the flash photos…

The concealer packaging is exactly like their colorstay lipsticks! I find the photo ready compact powder is little over priced..Rs 850 for 7.1 gm of product?!?!

I think they are charging mainly for the “photo-ready” thing.. you dont get photo friendly products that easily na..

Have a heard a lot abt this.. Pricing is good compared to other photo ready/HD types of foundations.. On top of that this cud be the only one in this category which is readily available here, hai na??

Rati March 19, 2011 at 12:40 pm

exactly M. either you have MUFE hd or this in the “photo friendly” makeup. SO i find this pretty reasonable. The only glitch is the shade range. :( (

I like the Photo Ready foundation, but not for day time. I really recommend it only for photos or a day out in the club :)
Nice post!

Thanks for this info, Rati. This range has finally come to India, I have seen it on the Revlon’s for months now. But some reviews say it is not for oily skin, esp. the liquid foundation, I don’t know about the compact foundation. Maybe worth looking at.

Is the foundation suitable for oily skin? And Are all the 3 products paraben free or just the cream makeup?

Reply

Rati March 20, 2011 at 12:47 pm

all of them are paraben free. the makeup compact says it’s oil free so that would be great for oily skin + compact for touchups.

Hey Guys

I recently received this Revlon Photoready Powder as a gift, and believe me its ammmmazing. Gives a great finish. I have not been a Revlon fan and haven’t been using any Revlon product, and was really doubtful about the product. But when I used it, I found it really a value for money. The brush applicator is great to use and doesn’t carry extra powder. All in all a must invest for someone like me who cant use or don’t prefer using foundations and those liquid or mousse type products while need to be blended in etc. Great to use alone!!

Cheers gals.
Enjoy

hi girls. i have bought medium beige 06 ohoto ready foundation. i look like a ghost when i wear it. what’s the right way of applying it. i’m wheatish in complection. have i selected the wrong shade? i want a natural finish. my make up looks better without the foundation. these products are so expensive and if they don’t suit u it’s too bad. the problem is we don’t get any natural light in the malls while selecting the product.
