Anyways, today I am also here to share another treasure from my sister’s, kitty which is as colorful and bright as her own persona. So let’s start with Revlon Top Speed Fast Dry Nail Enamel: Cheers, Varnished, Black Star and Poppy respectively.

Packaging: These beauties come in sturdy glass bottle packaging with signature silver cap. I like its long slender brush which picks up right amount and gives streak free finishing, irrespective of single or multiple swipes. It does smell quite strong, though I could not locate formaldehyde and toluene in its formulation which is impressive. Over all it is a quite user friendly and travel friendly packaging.

My Experience With Revlon Top Speed Fast Dry Nail Enamel:

I have been trying them every now and then, ever since my sister introduced me to these babies. I can say that Revlon Top Speed sticks to its claim up to great extent, since it dries pretty fast on my nails as compared to other Revlon nail paints. In general, these nail paints not only dry faster, but they are certainly long lasting, almost 5-6 days without any chipping or peeling a bit.

Almost all these nail paints are intense pigmented & creamy and hence we only need one or two swipes to get intense color pay off. They do not require any base coat or top coat for glossy finish, however base coat is required for healthy nails and long lasting power.
We picked the shades: Gorgeous coral pinkish non shimmery shade “Poppy”, Metallic finish grayish green shade “Varnished”, Creamy peach pink shade “Cheers” and Creamy bold blackish blue shade “Black Star”.

All these shades have perfect consistency not watery nor thick, just apt to paint our nails with ease and effortless blending. They do not give any streaky or goopy finish, in fact all these shades give perfect glossy and opaque finish in single swipe. However, I prefer a second swipe with Cheers and Poppy for glossy and long lasting finish. Now let’s talk about them one by one.

Cheers: Perfect neutral peachy pink nail enamel which will suit most Indian skin tones from light-medium to olive-tan beauties. It gives intense color pay off in single swipe without any streaky or pale effect, though we need second swipe with this particular nail enamel to get glossy and creamy color pay off. It does not chip off easily and manages to stay for good 5-6 days without peeling a bit, even after those heavy loads of laundry and kitchen tasks. However, the glossy sheen does fade after 3-4 days. It dries up pretty quick as compared to metallic or darker shades from this range. It is perfect shade all year round.

Varnished: Gorgeous metallic green shade with hint of grey as well. It gives perfect finish on nails in single swipe and we only need second swipe to increase longevity of product on nails. It is quite runny yet thick to adhere nicely on nails without feathering or bleeding around cuticles or nails. It stays put for good 5-6 days with glossy metallic sheen as well. It will also suit variety of Indian skin tones. Unlike metallic colors, it dries up within seconds for perfect glossy nails.
