So, what is your favourite make up tool? Which is your must have cosmetic product in your makeup kitty? What is that one product that you have in great abundance in different shades and still feel it’s not enough?
You all have your answers, right? For many of us, including me, our favourite product remains lipstick for ages and ages. This is THE product that I adore and worship as it adds an astounding spunk to the face. I feel that lipstick is the most exciting thing we could wear to pep up our day and mood. Since I was 15, I have been wearing lipsticks and the love for it never stops! And today, I am reviewing Revlon Warm Apricot Vital Radiance Moisture Boosting Lipcolor. This was a gift from my generous colleague, who gifted amazing lip shades to not just me but all ladies of the department.
I was quite excited to receive this and surprisingly though, I had never heard about ‘Vital Radiance’ lip shades. I have never seen these gorgeous lip shades on high streets or anywhere else. After I browsed online about the product, I got to know it is from Revlon, but it’s marketed with ‘Vital Radiance’ variants. It’s available online in more than 15 shades.

My Experience with Revlon Warm Apricot Vital Radiance Moisture Boosting Lipcolor:
The lipstick has a customary plastic packaging. It comes in a long, transparent, cylindrical tube allowing the visibility of the lip colour. However, I just don’t like it when it leaves light stains on the rim of the tube.
Revlon Warm Apricot Vital Radiance Moisture Boosting Lipcolor is a bright, peachy pink lip shade with a sensual subtle golden shimmer. It has rich and hydrating power that bestows a beautiful and fancy appearance to your lips. This lipstick holds super moisture and has a refined illuminating silky finish. It’s spunky, brightens your face providing a smoother touch to your lips. And yes, it absolutely gives a sexy pout that I love!
Usually, lipsticks are fragrance free, but this one has a startling bloomy scent. I habitually apply a light lip balm underneath for it helps in giving a smooth foundation to the lipstick. But, as it carries an amazingly creamy texture, I apply this directly on my lips. Usually, I prefer lip shades from plum category, so I was a little apprehensive about this brighter and darker pink shade with equal tones of peach. Thankfully, it looks great on my medium skin tone and I am glad to have this in my kitty.
There are many lipsticks in the market that boast of long staying power and fail to keep their words. This product doesn’t claim of this feature, yet, as the pigmentation is quite strong and deep, it holds a decent staying power. And after it starts to fade, it dwindles evenly. However, the downside of the product is that it feathers after a few hours. Because of its glossy nature, it’s visibly transferable! Anyway, as I always prefer to go for a quick touch up, it mends the issue and that’s completely fine with me.

• It slightly feathers and is transferable.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Revlon Warm Apricot Vital Radiance Moisture Boosting Lipcolor?
As a loyal and ardent lipstick fan, I will repurchase it. But, a different lip shade from the range , may be Sugar Plum or Mulberry as I adore plum/wine shades and I don’t get bored at all! Give it a try folks, you will definitely like this range for its creamy texture and soft scent.
