Today I will be reviewing a very refreshing and fruity shower gel by Rexona. I bought it in Denmark, on a trip to a department store, to buy some famous Danish coffee. I stumbled on this section with a lot of colorful bottles, all stacked up in rows. When I went closer, I saw the beautiful range of shower gel by Rexona. There were so many amazing variants. I decided to pick up Rexona Fruit Explosion Shower Gel because of my love for everything that is fruity. Read on to know more about this product.

My Experience with Rexona Fruit Explosion Shower Gel:

As I had already mentioned that the first thing that really attracted me was the packaging. Rexona Fruit Explosion Shower Gel comes in a tear drop shaped, transparent bottle with a flip top cap. I love this kind of bottle packaging than squeeze tube packaging, as it enables you to use even the last drop of the product. The bottle itself is a bit bulky and may not be convenient to carry around. What really makes the bottle attractive, is the light orangy, peach color of the shower gel. It looks like peach smoothie in the bottle.

The moment you open the bottle, there is a strong whiff of fruity smell that takes you back to those candy factories making fruity bars. It smells sweet yet fresh. The smell is not too overpowering. It smells of passion fruit, orange and everything citrusy. Sometimes, it even smells like black currant. It is amazing. But, sadly the smell does not stay for long. Infact, it does not stay at all. When you come out of the shower, you literally cannot smell anything.

The shower gel looks pretty thick in the bottle. The consistency seemed good to me. It was neither too thick nor gel like. Rather, it turned out to be really runny. I wish the consistency was thicker.

The product claims to contain milk extracts, which makes it even more yum. The shower gel foams really well, but you need a good amount of the product to cover your body compared to other shower gels available in the market. It could may be because of the presence of less chemicals but you definitely end up consuming a lot of product. So, it may not last long. The shower gel gets rinsed off easily and does not make my skin slippery at all. It in fact makes it soft to an extent of leaving it slightly moisturised(and not dried at all). It gives a nice clean feeling post shower.

Cons of Rexona Fruit Explosion Shower Gel:

• Quite bulky to carry around.
• Too runny.
• Fragrance is not long lasting.
• Relatively more quantity is required to cover the whole body.

Yes, I would as I really like using this gel for its fragrance. It is true that it does not stay for long but still I am loving it.
