My Experience with Rimmel London Brow This Way Eyebrow Sculpting Kit – Dark Brown:

Rimmel Brow Kit comes in a small cute black container with a clear lid. I really like this small packaging as it is very easy to carry around. Inside the box, it has two trays; one contains dark brown brow powder while other has a dark creamy wax. It also has two applicator brushes. One brush is a dual ended angle shaped brow fixing brush and another one is a spoolie brush that combs your brows nicely. Both these brushes work really nice to define my brows. I really love this compact packaging which is also very affordable too.

I picked the shade Dark brown and it is perfect for Indian skin tones. I have medium skin tone with brown brows so, it perfectly defines my brows with normal application. This shade makes my brows deep, bold and beautiful. Both the cream and powder are pigmented and it doesn’t need extra swipes. A normal application can hide the gaps between my hair and fill them up properly.

These days most of the brow kit comes with a separate wax which sets the eyebrows for a long time but, Rimmel claims that this brown cream has a waxy formula that helps to define and fix my brows nicely. This brow cream has a thick creamy and waxy texture that glides smoothly and lines my brows perfectly. Also, the powder kit has a smooth fine soft texture that blends easily on the brows and never looks patchy.

Both these kits are easy to blend and they never look overpowering at all. Before applying the product, I love to comb my brows upward so that all my brow’s hair are nicely defined and look big. Then, I prefer to draw my brows first with this creamy brown wax and then fix rest of the hair with it too. After that, I gently fill up the gaps between my brows and blend everything with the brow powder. Lastly, I comb it again.

After completing all the steps, my brows look perfect and natural. This formula is very easy to use and I can do this whole job within 3 minutes. This powder blends everything smoothly and provides a very natural look to my brows. Also, this creamy wax fixes hair nicely for a long time and they never look messy. Also, this texture doesn’t transfer or smudge at all. They never settle in one area.

My perfect looking brows stay long, almost 10 hours without any mess. I have an oily skin but they never look smudgy. Only after 8-9 hours, it looks a bit faded but, I love its staying power which is great. Also, it is very easy to remove from brows.

Overall, this pretty compact kit works amazingly to define my brows and makes them deep and bold. A normal application helps to achieve that perfect long lasting beautiful pro like eyebrows and thankfully, it doesn’t smudge on my oily skin.
