I am a crazy fan of felt tip liners and totally thank that person who invented this. I was into gel and liquid liners earlier, but from the day when this convenient tool came into my life, I have kept the former two aside. I picked up this new one from Rimmel because it looked a bit different to me because of its name! See how it worked for me!

My Experience with Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner:
Packaging: The felt tip liner comes in a cute packaging with all the details written over it. The liner itself comes in a glossy black packaging which is very basic but yet looks pretty. The liner is pretty handy and it has a rubber grip which ensures perfect application. The eyeliner is handy and the cap does not separate from the eyeliner at any point. The tip is a slanted one which can create two styles; thin and thick and it definitely does. The tip is soft and smooth and gives a perfect curve.
Shade, pigmentation and consistency: The shade is a dark black one and appears the same on my eyelids. But at times, it doesn’t show the needed pigmentation and hence I need to swipe it a few times more. But it reveals a dark black shade which I am pretty satisfied with. At times, when I apply it, it rips off a bit of the colour because it dries very quickly. Hence I need to be pretty quick while applying this. It glides very smoothly on my eyes without any hiccups and is very gentle.
Results and staying power: The finish of the eyeliner is matte with a sheen to it. I had a little difficulty to create the wing because although the tip is smooth, it did not work that smooth near the outer V of the eyes. It stayed put throughout and doesn’t smudge or budge. It stayed as it is for 6-7 hours and then started to fade. So after 6-7 hours, you would need a touch-up. Overall, a good one but we have better options here in India!

Cons of Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner:
• Expensive in India.
• It does not let me create the wing properly.
• It might rip a little colour off while application if it has dried.
• Cheaper alternatives available which work the same way.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner?
If Rimmel comes to India officially, then yes, but not at the price with import duties and taxes! It is one great eyeliner but I have local options too.
Conclusion: Will keep on hunting for more felt tip liners as I love them!
