Sally Hansen Pronto Purple Insta-Dri Nail Lacquer Review

Today I’m reviewing another one of my favorite nail paints today. It’s by none other than Sally Hansen, from their Insta-Dri range in the shade Pronto Purple. It is a gorgeous deep purple nail paint with shimmer. It’s one of those under stated vampy shades that I like to wear on my nails all year round. Read on to know why I like this nail paint so much.

My Take on Sally Hansen Pronto Purple Insta-Dri Nail Lacquer:

Packaging: I absolutely love the packaging of Insta-Dri nail paints by Sally Hansen. not only is the packaging stylish and classy, it is also very informative. All the details such as: product description, how to apply and the ingredients are clearly mentioned on the bottle itself. The bottle is made of good quality glass, which is not easily breakable (I know from my own experience of dropping the nail paint quite a number of times). The brush is flat with round edges that not only eases the application, it also quickens it and prevents the nail paint from touching the cuticles.

Shade: it is a deep purple shade of nail polish with very minute shimmer particles that are visible only under sunlight. It is one of those shades that can be worn all year round. This shade adds instant glam to the whole attire. Even though it may appear a little vampy, it is a very wearable shade if you can carry it off. I’m obsessed with this shade, now need I say more?

Texture: coming to the best part about this nail paint now, the texture. The texture of Sally Hansen nail paints is hands down my favorite. It glides on very smoothly onto the nails. The texture is smooth and satiny when the nail paint dries up and the texture remains as it is even after 5 days of application. This nail paint has a quick dry formula and dries in a jiff. It needs two coats, but even in a single coat, the pigmentation is pretty commendable. It stays on for 5 days without any major chipping, though the shade starts fading a little after 4 days or so.

• Only con – not easily available in India.

Would I repurchase/recommend Sally Hansen Pronto Purple Insta-Dri Nail Lacquer?

Conclusion: Sally Hansen is one such brand that every nail paint lover should own at least one nail paint from. The quality is unmatchable and value for money. And this shade, I’m obsessed with it!
