Today’s review is about Schwarzkopf Got2B Twisted Curling Mousse. Recently, I was cleaning my cupboard and found this product hidden somewhere deep inside. It brought back the memories I had with my curly hair. I would use this product regularly to get those perfect curls. I do miss my curly look, but I like the straight hair look for now. So I thought of reviewing this product and letting you guys know how good it is. When I had curly hair, I always found it hard to find curly hair styling products, which made me dislike my hair. But Schwarzkopf Got2B is one such brand which caters to curly hair. This product added so much fun to the boring curly hair I had.

My Experience with Schwarzkopf Got2B Twisted Curling Mousse:

The packaging of the product is fun and colorful. It is catchy pink in color. The product comes in a tin tube with a spray dispenser. It looks very much like a deodorant bottle but is a little bit bigger. On the top, is a nozzle which dispenses the mousse. It’s very easy to use and one can easily control the amount of product dispensed too. The packaging is sturdy and travel safe. The mousse itself is white in color and has a good firm consistency. It spreads well in the hair and is easy to use.

I would normally start by shampooing and then wiping my hair with a towel. The product works better with slightly wet hair. I would then take a lemon sized portion of the mousse and apply it from the roots to the tips. I would usually work with small portions as they are easy to handle. Once you are done with application of the mousse, you need to scrunch the hair in upward movement. You can use a hair dryer with a diffuser (optional) to slightly dry the hair. Don’t be scared in using more product if required. Once your hair is slightly dry, you need to scrunch the hair once again with your hands and let it air dry. I would never use a comb (during or after styling) as it would spoil the whole look.

Working on slightly wet hair helps in binding the curls well. The product can also be used on dry hair but I have never tried it because I feel it doesn’t provide best results. Doing all of the above will result in cute, bouncy curls. The product also reduces frizzy hair and also provides extra shine to hair. The extra shine makes the hair look healthier.

This is the best curling product I have owned. I don’t use it anymore since my hair is chemically straightened. But, if I ever go back to my good old curly look, this is the first product I will buy.
