Sebastian Light Weightless Shine Shampoo Review

There are great shampoos around and I have been having soul-searching for a good one; I have finally finished the Redken Color Extend Shampoo and I am looking for new alternatives that can protect my colored hair and add some vibrant shine without weighing it down as I have thin hair.  Today, I am reviewing the Sebastian Light Shampoo that comes in a huge bottle. I really hate shampoo shopping every month and when something good suits my hair, I find it difficult to change. I have heard about this salon brand from quite a few friends and how it has transformed their hair.  I had seen good results from this brand during my last salon hair cut, where the stylist used this shampoo and conditioner. I was very impressed with the results, so got them all 🙂

My Experience with Sebastian Light Weightless Shine Shampoo:

I have been using the shampoo for a few weeks now and this has made my hair bouncier and this shampoo has added shine to my hair also. Since it is color safe, I don’t have to worry about it washing off my hair color. The fragrance is very refreshing and makes shower time more relaxing.

Shampoo bottle

This shampoo is clear and is of semi-viscous liquid consistency, it glides on wet hair and lathers really well. It doesn’t dry out my hair, but I use Sebastian Drench Conditioner after rinsing my hair.

Cap

The shampoo is gentle enough to be used every day. I am glad this shampoo cleans my hair really well without making it dry and my hair smells good too.

Details

I do use hair styling products sometimes and when there is a buildup, this shampoo cleans away all the residue. The conditioner from the same range works well too. I use this shampoo after oiling my hair, and even then, it does a super job in washing off all oil. I couldn’t have asked anything more from a shampoo, I am very happy with this one 🙂
