Sephora collection launched Cleansing and Exfoliating wipes with 5 variants out of which Rose, Yuzu and Coconut variant are cleansing wipes while Green Tea and Charcoal variants are for exfoliating respectively. My Experience with Sephora Collection Green Tea Cleansing and Exfoliating Wipes:
The pre-soaked wipes come in a plastic wrap around packaging with a flip top opening which comes handy for travel purpose. It does have a strong medicinal smell, but I can live with it. The dimensions of the wipes are perfect with optimum length and width to work on my face, one at a time. I can see that they do have a soft surface at one side to cleanse makeup gently while other side has a bit of a rough grainy texture to work on dirt, grime and/or removing dead cells off skin. I wonât say that the rough side is abrasive on the skin as it does not irritate sensitive skin, but it does have tendency to feel scratchy, hence needs to be used gently. I never use sweeping strokes, instead dab it gently on my oily skin to clear off sweat, oil and remnants of dirt, dryness off skin during day outs and it works fine for me without causing any redness or irritation thankfully.
Considering I have acne-prone skin type, it is a blessing to have such promising product which does not cause break outs or further accentuate the concerns. While the soft plain side works perfectly fine in removing regular face makeup; I find it bit mild for removing waterproof eye makeup though. I mean with mild rubbing strokes, I can get rid of base makeup, but considering its ingredients, I rarely use it on eye area. Moreover, I am happy that I need not follow up with rinsing off unlike with other wipes as it does not leave any greasy or irritating layer on skin post usage. I get quite soft, clean and oil-free skin for a couple of hours. In fact, I have started using it as my emergency hack for bedtime ritual as it replaces my heavy duty CTM routine, especially when I am too tired to follow the traditional skin care regimen.
While during the day, we can keep it handy in our bags and wipe away dullness, oil, dirt off our skin with no heavy or greasy layer on skin. I see that the wipes are well saturated with mattifying and cleansing lotion and does not dry in middle of usage unlike other cheaper wipes. Overall, I find it perfect for day time usage as cleansing wipes for oily, combination beauties while dry skin and sensitive skin beauties might need to stay away from it. Personally, I think it works better than Urban Decay Makeup remover wipes at least hence I might get it again in some different variant next time.

- Apt dimensions to fit my broad oval face.
- Wipes do not dry out in the middle of usage.
- Does not leave any heavy, greasy layer on skin post usage.
- Need not follow up with rinsing.
- Double-sided wipes work as exfoliating as well as makeup remover wipes.
- Soft plain side works well for removing base makeup.
- Does not accentuate or aggravate my oily, acne-prone skin concerns.
- Does not break out my skin.
- Travel-friendly packaging.
Cons of Sephora Collection Green Tea Cleansing and Exfoliating Wipes:
- The rough side may feel a bit scratchy.
- Not suitable for removing heavy duty waterproof eye makeup.
- Chemical ingredients might concern sensitive skin type.
- A bit pricey for just 25 wipes.
