Sephora Nano Eyeliner – 01 Midnight Black

Heylo Girls, How have you been? Since quite a long a time I have not reviewed a product due to the Delhi weather which makes me so lazy. Such a lame reason to not work ..lol 😀 Today I’d like to review an eyeliner from the Sephora collection- Sephora Nano Eyeliner- 01 Midnight Black.

My Take on Sephora Nano eyeliner- 01 Midnight black

Less quantity offered at a less price. Not a bad idea at all. This way one gets to experiment with different shades without having to splurge most of the pocket money on a single product. My skin type is normal. So my experience with the product has been satisfactory. It glides on like a dream and the jet black colour is a plus. It does not end up flaky. Just one drag across the eyelid is enough for a smooth line, unlike a few dry eyeliner pencils which make us draw 2-3 repetitive lines for an even finish. The eyeliner pencil also fit my standard sharpener which I use to sharpen lip liners, so thankfully I did not require to buy a new sharpener. The only drawbacks being the average staying power. I also did notice some colour below my eyebrow as a result of easy transferability of the product. But I happily ignored that and cleaned it up with a wet tissue. However my bestie, who has an oily skin tone ended up hating the product, because it smudges easily on her eyelids.

Okay, so to sum it up –

Pros of Sephora Nano Eyeliner – 01 Midnight Black

• Contains Shea Butter and Rosemary Extracts
• The jettest black. Good Pigmentation
• Extremely smooth to apply. Glides on smoothly and evenly
• Affordable at 350 Rs

Cons of Sephora Nano Eyeliner – 01 Midnight Black

• Smudges after a few hours
• Not meant for oily skinned beauties
• Average staying power
• Glides on easily, so as a result lot of product is used up. Often sharpening is required.

  1. the pigmentation looks sooo good. May be you could smudge it and set it with an eyeshadow. That might work..I absolutely loooved the pigmentation. good review. 🙂 The liner looks nice on your eyes. 🙂

  2. First time I have seen a Sephora product under 1000 *pompom* . Nice pigmentation but the product looks like a cream liner. It would not suit my over the top oily lids so I will give it a skip. *nababana*

  3. Ouch!! Such a dud after such a tempting description..that too from a brand like sephora.. *shock* tut.. tut.. *nonono* *nonono*
