Shahnaz Husain Oxygen Skin Beautifying Mask

Hi again everyone!

This time, I will be reviewing Shahnaz Husain’s Oxygen Skin Beautifying Mask. This product is a part of Shahnaz Husain’s Oxygen Skin Treatment collection. Although, I am not a great fan of Shahnaz Husain products, I am pretty pleased with the results

Shahnaz Husain Claims that:

“Oxygen Mask is one of the most revolutionary formulations for skin care. It helps to transfer oxygen molecules directly into the skin, creating an enriched oxygen layer. It intercepts the visible signs of ageing, improving elasticity and preserving the youthful qualities of the skin, making it soft and smooth.”

As you can see, I have finished using almost 70% of the product.

Directions For Use:

1) Apply all over the face evenly, avoiding the lips and area around the eyes.
2) Massage with circular movements.
3) Leave on for ten minutes and eventually remove with moist cotton wool.

The product is very thick in consistency, almost like super-dry and thick gel. The dark blue granules are about 3 mm in size and are really hard to break, that makes it hard to spread the content of the granules evenly over the skin. Hence the usage becomes a little difficult Also, taking into consideration, the thick consistency of the gel, it becomes more difficult to spread the product properly onto the skin.

After working the product on the skin, they recommend to leave the layer intact for ten minutes, and then remove with moist cotton wool. However, the product is slimy, so removing it with moist cotton wool seems to be a task, and I mostly end up wanting to wash it off. The product is really slimy ad sticks to the skin, so proper removal is required.

Above are the granules I tried to break, pretty much a failed attempt.

Overall, the product is a quite a patience-tester when it comes to usage. However, I couldn’t neglect the results it gave
I have never been satisfied with Shahnaz Husain’s products, but this one kind of changes my mind

Even if the application is a little irritating, the product gives a cooling effect to your skin as you go on working the product on your skin It gives me a cooling effect even while washing it off.

The first 2-3 applications itself made me look fresh and my skin looked more supple and glowing. So, I am assuming that the product does oxygenate

Overall, it’s a great product and I think it should be used regularly.

Moving to the pros and cons:

Pros:

1) A good skin beautifying mask – gives good results, especially on regular applications.
2) A good amount of product at a decent price.
3) Gives a youthful glow.
4) Good product for oily and combination skin too

Cons:

1) Product usage is a messy affair and requires some patience.
2) Has a very thick consistency and hence hard to spread evenly.

Cost:

A 150 gm, 15 cm tube of Shahnaz Husain Skin Beautifying Mask costs Rs.360/- So, that means a good amount of product at great price

Overall, I feel it’s a great product when it comes to living by the results Normally, Shahnaz Husain’s products NEVER work on me at all :/, which makes me really angry :/ , but this one thankfully did If you buy the product, do share your views on it
