Smith and Vandiver Avocado & Olive Oil Hydrating Face Mask Review

I believe a lot of us do use face masks on a regular basis and if we have the luxury of using a homemade mask, what could be better than that! But when there are time crunches, hectic schedules take a toll on our health as well as our skin causing it to lose its radiance very rapidly. I do not remember using a homemade mask after my kid was born and all the natural brands have come to my rescue 🙂 Today, I am going to review a face mask for dehydrated skin that needs a bit more than a moisturizer – it’s a Smith & Vandiver Aromatherapaes Avocado and Olive Oil Hydrating Face Mask.

My Experience With Smith & Vandiver Aromatherapaes Avocado And Olive Oil Hydrating Face Mask:

I purchased this mask from one of my trips to the store; I had previously reviewed the toning mask from this rage which was a super-star product for pores and it made a dramatic difference on my skin. This mask is from the hydrating range and has the goodness of avocado and olive oil. The best thing about these masks is that they are vegan, cruelty free and fragrance free.

The mask comes in a pouch that has a generous amount of product for at least 3 uses and this is mighty inconvenient to store it. I had to cut open the pouch and squeeze the right amount of product needed for my requirement. The mask has a gel-cream consistency and it doesn’t dry up like the clay ones, so I washed off with warm water after 10 minutes as directed. The result was good and it did make my skin look fresh and hydrated, but the results were not long lasting. I am okay with this mask only on one factor that it doesn’t contain nasty chemicals.
