Sonam Kapoor at Cannes 2012 Closing Ceremony & Therese Desqueyroux Premiere

This was Sonam Kapoor’s look at the Cannes 2012 closing ceremony and Therese Desqueyroux Premiere . I am neither keen on the makeup nor the dress. What do you think?

  1. Pretty girl… But i feel it would have been more flattering if the netted sleeve and the neck part was removed and the dress was made strapless with sweet heart neckline.

      1. hmmm yeah.. i think it has got something to do with her eyebrows as well shreya.. they look kinda unkempt. i didn’t mention it cuz i though that was the look she aimed at 😐

  2. agree with u Rati.. this is disappointing… I was expecting better from Sonam but looks like she tried to do something unique but overdid…… such a shame

  3. me like the detailing.. but looks like ‘net gone mad’.. donno reminds me of addams family.. funeral look..

    1. That dress is looking better on that model but there is still something that I don’t like about that dress. Don’t know what

      1. problem is that its falling flat down below… should have had some sort of support inside to show off the lace… also unstructured looking sleeves not working for her..maybe if she had done the nude minimalistic severe face n hair.. it would have worked..

    2. The dress is perfect Gothic chic. But Sonam should have pulled her hair up for this dress. Her messy hairstyle is really not doing justice to such a lovely Alexander McQueen number…

  4. Too much going on everywhere !!
I would have preferred if the dress stopped at her knees.

And yeah, after the makeup Sonam must have thought “This is unusualy.. but hey.. I am Sonam !!” 😛 (No Offence, just kidding)

  5. Methinks she was aiming for a Victorian look. If thats the case then she has succeeded. I am liking the look, has an old world charm to it.
