Street Wear Stay on Mineral Foundation Review

Hello IMBB Cuties!!

These days reading a lot here about mineral blush, mineral foundation everywhere there is so much mineral all around. Every brand these days are out with their Mineral range of products. Faces Canada has mineral Lipsticks and Glosses too, Can you believe it? Everybody has become ‘Mineralophilic’ these days. :tongue: I was so impressed with the reviews that I read here on Maybelline and Revlon Colorstay that I wanted to lay my hands on at least one of these as soon as possible. Price of these brands was restraining me though. I went to my regular makeup shop and asked, if there was mineral range of products from any good brand at lower price. The SA introduced me to the newly launched Street Wear Mineral range which has blush, foundation and eye shadow. The shade that I possess is ‘Toast’, there are other two shades- Pearl, Ivory.

Price : Rs 575 for 9gms I got this after discount at Rs 547, not bad! :yahoo:

This is the Kabuki brush provided with it, not that soft. (I used my L’Oreal hair spa cream a bit to soften them, now it is fine)There is also a small circular mirror provided with it.

My Experience with Street Wear Stay on Mineral Foundation

After I saw the price of this mineral foundation with a claim of 8 hour staying power, I bought it immediately. After I returned home, I searched IMBB and then several sites for a review of this product, but couldn’t find anywhere. Anyways, I am fully impressed with this product and liking its efficacy. Earlier I use to think these powder foundations to be similar to compact but from IMBB reviews I came to know the difference and benefits of Mineral make up products. I wanted to have some of these products, at last bought it. It gives nearly full coverage, refines my looks, and hides fine lines. It’s absolutely waterproof, I applied a bit of it on my face and splashed water on it, but it was still there, removed it with makeup remover.

Pros of Street Wear Stay on Mineral Foundation Review
-Can be used as a sunscreen as it protects skin from both UV A and UV B rays.
-Its waterproof and sweatproof.
-Very effective in hiding fine lines and wrinkles.
-Instantly radiates tiring face. :preen:
-Its suitable for sensitive and oily skin too.
-You need a little bit for your face and neck.
-Its non-comedogenic, doesnot clog pores like other foundations.
-It contains sterilized minerals that do not allow bacteria to infect your skin.
-It won’t give you a white ghost like appearance.
-My skin is baby soft, smooth and supple after using it.

-It’s quite comparable in quality with products from well known brands.

Cons of Street Wear Stay on Mineral Foundation

-Street Wear does not have its own website, so one cannot access information on newly launched products.
-Bristles of the Kabuki brush are not that soft.
-There are only three shades in this range, so may not suit all skin tones. (

Those who want try mineral range of products but have not yet tried them can lay their hands on one of these for sure.
