Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser Review

Product Purchased by IMBB

Hello Everybody,

Today, I will review for you a product from a company that not many of you may be aware of. Even I had never heard of this company, but this product kept cropping up in many of the best in beauty lists. This prompted me to buy this Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser.

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

Product Details:

How is Suki different?

Suki uses sugar instead of salt or pits because sugar provides a very effective and customizable exfoliation process with a reduced risk of tearing into the upper derma and causing irritation.

My Experience with Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser:

I am super impressed with this product. Firstly because this is unlike any other regular exfoliants I have used. Everything about this product is different in the most amazing way.

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

This scrub comes in a small glass tub. This product is sold in many different sizes, the smallest being 1 oz which costs a very affordable $10 which is what I have. The 1 oz size is good enough to last me for about 6-8 weeks if I use it 2-3 times a week which does make the product very affordable too. Though the tub packaging can be unhygienic and care must be taken to not dip wet hands into it, I recommend using a spatula to scoop out the product.

This exfoliant is very different from other products in this category as it is a foaming exfoliant. You will need to dampen (but not get it too wet) your hands and face before getting some of this product and rub it between your fingers. Immediately, the littlest amount of scrub begins to effervescent and creates a rich creamy lather which can be easily spread and rubbed all over face and neck in gentle circular motions.

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

Most of the time the problem with sugar scrubs is that the sugar particles dissolve before any proper exfoliation can be done, but I did not encounter this problem with this product. I usually love the gritty texture of walnut scrubs and was pleased to see that this exfoliant also provides the same gritty texture, but in a much more gentle way as the sugar pieces feel more rounded rather than having uneven surface. Hence this product can be safely used on sensitive skin as it is not too harsh.

The foam that gets created with rubbing this product into the skin feels very creamy and more like a mask as it spreads on skin. It does not feel like lather which foams up when you use your face wash, if you get what I mean.

If you go through the ingredients list of this product,  ou will fall more in love with this. Almost everything in the ingredient list is natural and 17% of them are certified organic.  There are loads of essential oils and plant extracts and it completely free of any preservatives or parabens or any other harmful ingredient.

Effects of using this on skin is immediate. Skin feels softer and smoother immediately.  I also feel like it evens out my complexion with regular usage. I have been dealing with lots of acne breakouts lately due to hormonal issues. Even though this product does not help in preventing or clearing them out, it does a great job of keeping my skin super clean, fresh and rejuvenated.

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

I have normal-dry skin and suffer from flaky skin occasionally. This cleanser gets rid of all those dead cells on my skin and as a result I have found that my makeup will glide on so smoothly and evenly without any primer necessary. I do feel this cleanser will suit all types of skin ranging from oily – dry- sensitive and everything in between.

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

The scent of this fragrance is absolutely heavenly. I attribute that to all the essential oils it contains. I can smell lots of fresh citrusy/lemony scent which is on the stronger side and it opens up my sinuses. The scent is absolutely spa like and it’s a pure pleasure to indulge in. The fragrance lingers on my skin for half an hour or so and makes my husband want to keep sniffing my face because it smells so good (ahem ahem).

Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

Overall, I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered this product. I will honestly keep repurchasing this product for as long as it’s available, I definitely recommend to everybody.
