Today it is time to review my everyday essential product, without which I can’t think of surviving the heat + humidity in Calcutta. It’s the Sure Women Dry- Shield (Passion).
Product Description: It’s an anti perspirant Roll on deo for women. As it’s called dry shield, it claims to give dry and sweat free underarms, all day long.

Product Claims:

Sure is world’s number 1 anti-perspirant brand as it provides long lasting, unbeatable protection against sweat and odor. This keeps the skin dry and fresh throughout the day. The brand has been formulated by scientists post 25 years of research and is a tried and tested solution to sweat and odor. It is tailored to the needs of both sexes, with separate product ranges for each. Sure anti-perspirant has to be used regularly (6 swipes a day) to ensure “No Sweat”.

How to Use: After bath apply 4-6 swipes per underarm, to form a white dry shield which will become invisible as you get protected. Let it dry for a while after application and then wear your clothes. Use every day. Do not apply to broken skin,. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

My Take on Sure Women Dry Shield Anti Perspirant Roll on – Passion:

I had seen the repeated ads of this product on television with Asin promoting the brand when it had launched. Frankly speaking it never caught my attention. I was never a roll on person, I thought these were harmful for the skin (though am still not sure about it’s side- effects on skin). But I was introduced and assured for it by my younger sister. One day we were discussing on the tremendous heat in the city and sweat/body odor, that’s when Sure came into picture. On her recommendation, I immediately bought a small pack (25ml) to try it out.

This comes in a white and red cylindrical roll on plastic body. The cap is secure enough to carry it in your bag when you travel, its not going to leak. The roll on is quite well shaped and smooth on the underarms. The smell is oh so fresh and awesome. I can assure you instant freshness with sniff. Not only does it smell fantastic, the no sweat claim really works for me. I apply it at about 9am and it stays well till evening 5-6 pm. My underarms thank me for introducing this  *hihi*.
The product description say to dry the underarms after application and then wear clothes. I use to follow it in the beginning, but find it difficult now as I am in hurry everyday to dress up for office. But it does perform better if you dry a little, if you have the time go for it. If not, don’t bother 😉 it will still work.

Hell yes, without this I can’t survive the humid weather conditions here. It really helps me a lot. If I forget applying it, whole day I crib 😛 I have tried this variant only and I love it and will keep repurchasing it.
