My Experience with The Body Shop Vanilla Lip Gloss :
When I applied the lip gloss, I was impressed. I was happy it was transparent more than cream/gold-tinted. The fine shimmer looks good but if you apply excess of the gloss, you start to get that gritty feeling of the shimmer when you purse your lips. I fidget a lot with my lips and that’s why the staying power of most lip products isn’t long for me 😛 But, this one is decent. The shimmer stays for long and so does the gloss. The two things I dislike about the gloss is the excess of shimmer and the price. I wish I could change these two for repurchase. Anyway, it’s a nice transparent lip gloss with shimmer, great for evening wear. It will look absolutely fabulous over lipsticks and the taste is a big plus point of the lip gloss. It tastes exactly like a vanilla butter-cream cupcake! How cool is that? If you’re on a diet, you can surely fill yourself up just by licking the gloss off (I know I will! Haha). It tastes like how the shower gel, body polish & shimmer lotion smell. Rounding up, I am totally happy with my purchase and would advise you to skip it if you’re not into shimmer lip glosses.
