My Experience with The Face Shop Herb Day 365 Cleansing Foam – Peach:
The Cleansing Foam comes in a big white tube with a flip flop cap. It comes in only one size and it feels quite heavy to carry around. Also, I find this cap a little loose; maybe, it is a fault with this particular tube. But, this big tube will last longer. The Herb Day 365 cleansing foam comes with a lot of variants and this peach one has a very mild and pleasant smell.
It is a thick white foam with a smooth creamy texture that glides on the skin very easily. The foam lathers amazingly and feels buttery soft on the skin. I really enjoy massaging it on the face and it is also quite easy to rinse. I just need a coin sized amount to clean my entire face. It feels very gentle on the skin and its lightweight formula never feels slippery. The cleansing foam is specially formulated to cleanse the skin and remove the makeup easily.
Like its claims, it effectively removes all the dirt and oil from my face and It provides a fresh squeaky clean feeling to my face. I have super oily skin and it controls the oil secretion to a great extent. It effectively removes my face makeup and makes my skin look very clear.
Since it contains peach as the main ingredient, it provides a decent hydration to the skin and makes my skin smooth. Still, I feel this hydration will not be enough for women with dry skin. They might need to follow it up with a moisturiser. Whenever I used this foam in the morning, my skin feels a little stretchy, but after a few minutes, it feels quite comfortable and doesn’t feel dry at all. It will work best during the summer season. But, it is very effective to remove the oil and keeps my face shine free for a long time. I really love this quality because I always wanted a good oil free cleanser.
It adds a very fresh and healthy glow to the skin. The foam actually works great on my pores and hence, it makes my skin look bright and radiant. This cleansing foam would work great for a lot of skin types, but wouldn’t suit women with very dry skin. It didn’t irritate or cause any breakouts on my skin. Overall, it is a good cleanser as it cleans my skin deeply and makes my skin look brighter. It is a perfect cleanser for my oily and sensitive skin.
