It was fun and beneficial using the sponge from Maskeraide and hence I picked up this baby from The Face Shop. Using the sponge for skincare is a lovely addition to the routine as it gives the required dose of exfoliation and pamper without harming the skin in any way. Also as they are mostly all-natural, it is pretty improbable to go wrong with these.

Natural cleansing puff made with 100 % devil’s tongue jelly. It deeply cleanses the pores helping eliminate dirt, blackheads and blockages.Its soft texture is ideal for sensitive skin.
Soak the sponge into water and squeeze out excess water. Apply your preferred cleanser on the face and gently massage with the cleansing puff in a circular motion. You can also apply your cleanser directly on the cleansing puff. After use, dampen the puff in water, squeeze between your palms and hang by the string in a well-ventilated place. (Refrigeration is recommended.)

My Experience with The Face Shop Konjac Cleansing Puff:

Unlike the other sponge that I used a while ago this one came in a sealed sachet packaging in which water droplets were visible. I had a word with the SA and she explained, to keep the sponge in best condition the packet is kept moist. It helps to keep the sponge in good condition for long. I found the concept very practical and thoughtful at the same time.

I can’t tell you my excitement when I got the sponge out. It was the cutest, wobbliest things I have touched in a while. It was bigger than the size I expected it to be and hence it is easy for massaging on the face. I use it both ways, by itself or with cleanser and it works wonderfully both ways.

It is a great addition to everyday skin pamper as gently exfoliates without causing any damage to the skin. The skin feels clean and smooth after each usage. It takes off every bit of salty sweaty grime off the face, hence revealing fresh skin every single time. I cannot possibly find any con with this product and hence it gets a full rating from my side. I just hope they come to India soon!
