I love wearing blush and I never step out without a light brush of a nice blush on my face. After a long tryst with different shades, I now know that neither coral nor pale pink suits me. Only an obvious rosy pink shade stands out on my face and looks natural and healthy.

Needless to say, whenever I see a blush in rosy hue I run to grab it and this one was so pocket friendly that it was definitely worth a try. Elf is a know name and though it is a drug store brand which is a euphemism for brand being cheap, I would say that its products are more often than less very satisfactory.

How to use: Using the brush, apply to the apples of the cheeks or any area you wish to highlight.

My Take On e.l.f Essential Blush And Brush In Shade Blushing:

First thing I noticed were the fine shimmery particles which homogeneously blend with the product so a light dust of the blush leaves a nice sheen on face. In short, it works both as blush and highlighter.

Second thing I noticed was that when I tried to pick up the product a little bit crumbled up and there was an obvious fall out. So application is a little tedious.

And third noticeable point was the smell. It has no fragrance which is a good thing for me but instead it smells of medicine like Crocin.
Nevertheless, I applied it on the apples of my cheek with a blush brush and I was happy to see the rosy natural hue on my face that I always crave. It stayed on for good amount of time and frankly once I get busy with work I really don’t get time to notice if my makeup is in place or not and after application it’s smell didn’t bother me.

No I won’t but would try to finish this one and recommend it to all those who are looking for a pocket-friendly blush.
