I got two of these lipsticks, this and F-Bomb in the month of December, during the sale times. I already have two other lipsticks in Rapture and Turn On and was super impressed with the quality. Hence, I decided to go for two more of these and since it is the winters, I got the two darker shades.

My Experience with Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick Jilted:

Packaging: The packaging is beautiful, made of recycled paper box packaging. The lipstick shade corresponds with the sticker on the box, on which all the ingredients are listed. Inside, there is a metallic case, on which the logo and the brand name are engraved. I just love this packaging. The bullet is a standard, sleek bullet, with a slant top. Though it does need some help at the nooks and corners, this was not a major problem since this shade, despite of being highly pigmented, is very easy to carry.

Shade: The shade is a bright fuschia with reddish undertones; and very very minute shimmer, which mostly comes across as a subtle sheen. The shade is very forgiving, does not sit on lip lines; and extremely easy to apply and to carry.

Consistency: The consistency is very balmy, moisturises the lips and sits very lightly on them. The lipstick simply glides on the lips, whether they are prepared or not. It provides full coverage in one swipe only and will definitely cover any pigmented lips. Despite the balmy texture, it never bleeds at all. It does not have any annoying fragrance as such.

Lasting time: This shade lasts 5-6 hours on me with snacks in between. It is a fairly staining lipstick, and the color intensity remains the same despite some heavy snacks and drinks. There is soft sheen on the lips after the lipstick sets and after that, there is no transfer on to glasses and cups.

• Lasts 6 hours with light meals, more without meals.
• Feels very light and comfortable and forever moisturising.
• Stains the lips prettily.

Would I repurchase Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick Jilted?

Yes , I do love it. This is one lipstick, which is a nice, dark shade, very suitable for the winter months and yet, so easy to apply and carry. Now that some of the shades are being released in a sheerer format, I would love to try those out as well; albeit in some other shades.
